From our first phone call with DJ Sean, to the photo we took together at the end of the night, our experience was best in class! Not only did Sean work with us through some pretty interesting requests, he was excited to do them! A particular moment DJ Sean helped put together was my daddy daughter dance. My father passed away when I was young and I was not excited to make everyone cry during this moment, and I really didn’t want to skip it. Together with Jimmy, my family, and DJ Sean, we came up with the ultimate way to make this a highlight of the wedding– something I never would have expected. DJ Sean walked us though how to make a recording before hand, he sent us samples of record stops to pick from, and we put together the funniest flash mob I have ever seen. When I was growing up, I always feared the daddy daughter dance. I wasn’t excited to participate in it. Then I met Jimmy who suggested doing something fun instead, my step dad who reminded me he used to be a DJ that has a routine to Tom Cruise’s Risky Business Old Time Rock and Roll, and DJ Sean who said this sounded amazing and he was going to ensure it went correctly. DJ Sean even followed up with me before we got into Maine to make sure we were on the same page one more time. (The timing of his call was very appreciative because the two days before we were running all over and were struggling finding time to chat with vendors.)
When you plan a wedding, especially from out of state, you invite vendors from all walks of life to help make the start of your marriage as special as possible. I am so happy that the world introduced us to DJ Sean. He had our guests dancing from the moment the dance floor opened all the way to the end of the night. He also followed up on up lighting, which I wasn’t sure about in our first calls, but was very happy that we decided to go for. DJ Sean was the perfect fit for our wedding. I highly recommend him for any occasion where you want people up and dancing! He will get them on the dance floor, and they will never want to leave!
